Andy & Garry Britnell have formed a new company with Matt Karcha from Aircomm Services Ltd to provide Air Conditioning Maintenance Services and Building Fabric Maintenance to include repairs to walls, ceilings and floors and also specialist cleaning of suspended ceilings.

Phoenix Interiors has completed the £150,000 fit out of level six of Aldgate House, the impressive new London headquarters of international construction company ISG. The HQ brings together 200 staff from three London offices into one 25,000sq ft site located on a single floor of a 1960s office building in Aldgate, London.

Blue fin building gets Phoenix treatment

Phoenix Interiors completed a six month, £3.5 million project to install 50,000 sq m of metal ceilings at IPC Bankside, the new headquarters for leading publishing company IPC next to the Tate Modern in London.Christened the Blue Fin Building because of the 2,000 blue aluminium fins that cover the building's facade, the new IPC HQ was built by Bovis Lend Lease. Phoenix Interiors worked closely with long-time client ISG InteriorExterior (ISG) who were responsible for the interior fit out.
