Description of Work Undertaken

The supply and installation of chilled beams and chilled ceilings all designed and manufactured by SAS International Ltd. To the external glazing and corridor areas we installed 1500 Nr. Passive chilled beams above a bespoke SAS Tubeline open cell ceiling system.

To the main open plan areas we installed SAS chilled System 330 linear ceiling system covering an area of 25000sqm over 10 floors. We also installed plasterboard ceilings and standard SAS ceiling systems to the staff restaurant and ancillary areas.

The beams and chilled ceilings were tested in an environmental mock up at BRE Watford to prove that the systems worked to the clients parameters.
